The Issue

The California Consumer Privacy Act is effective Jan 2020, enforceable July 2020 and has a lookback of 12 months, i.e. it’s ALREADY  HERE!!

It is time to re-examine your data inventory and data flows. Even though you may have taken measures to comply with GDPR, CCPA imposes additional requirements, many around individual rights. Does it apply to you?  At up to $7,500 per incident, it pays to know ahead of time!
